Lake Garda is the largest lake of Italy and is located between the Alps in the north and the Po Valley in the south. Due to its sub-Mediterranean climate it is very popular with national and international tourists.
In the southern Croatia lies the sun-drenched Dubrovnik, or "Pearl of the Adriatic" called, which invites even in winter to sunbathe among palm trees and ripe oranges.
The small harbor town of St. Tropez is located at the southeastern end of the Massif des Maures and is considered on the Côte d'Azur as the city of the international jet set with mild and moderate temperatures all year round.
