It is necessary to distinguish between the dry and rainy season, it is recommended to vacation during the dry period. December to March is the dry season. December and January have the lowest rainfall and also comparatively lowest humidity around 70%. Until April the rainy days increase from 1 to 4 per month. The sunshine hours are between 8 and 10 per day. Between May and October there is rainy or monsoon season, September is the rainiest month. Humidity is over 80% during these months. During this period, the hours of sunshine decrease, ranging from 5 to 7 per day. April and November are transitional months, which can also be considered as travel months, but you have to expect short showers.
