Strong temperature fluctuations in the course of the day are just as typical as the extremely low precipitation tendency. In the highlands of the Sinai Mountains, it can get quite cold at night. A temperate climate dominates, especially on the Red Sea coast and in the Nile Delta. The summer months there are bearable with maximum temperatures around 35 degrees. This is also due to the low humidity. Winter nights are pleasantly mild. The water temperature of the Red Sea invites you to swim all year round.
